- Payment information — collected and processed by Paddle, our payment processor. TradeBrief never sees or stores your full card details.

- Basic web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. These logs are retained for 30 days.
- Email engagement data (opens, clicks) provided by our email delivery service, used only to improve deliverability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your daily market-intelligence email reports.
- To process and manage your subscription and billing through Paddle.
- To send important service-related communications (e.g., billing receipts, cancellation confirmations).
- To improve the quality and reliability of our Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services that may process your data:

- Google (Gmail / SMTP) — email delivery infrastructure.
- Netlify — website hosting and content delivery.
Each third party operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for its own data handling.

We retain your email address and subscription record for as long as your subscription is active or as required to fulfil our legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
