We stand behind the quality of TradeBrief. If you subscribe and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@tradebrief.org within the 7-day window.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
After the 7-day guarantee period, TradeBrief subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Replying to any TradeBrief email with the word "cancel".
- Emailing us directly at support@tradebrief.org.
Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been cancelled.
4. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or charged more than once, please contact us immediately at support@tradebrief.org. We will investigate and issue a refund for any verified duplicate charge promptly.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from receiving your daily reports (e.g., emails not delivered for multiple days due to a service fault on our side), please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue and may issue a pro-rated credit at our discretion.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
