1. Description of Service
TradeBrief is an algorithmic market-intelligence subscription service. Subscribers receive daily email reports covering selected US equities, Kuwait Stock Exchange equities, and cryptocurrency markets based on their chosen plan.
2. Not Financial Advice
All content provided by TradeBrief — including but not limited to price data, technical analysis, momentum signals, and market commentary — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset.
You should conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision. TradeBrief is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to subscribe to TradeBrief. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that these conditions are met.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely through Paddle. TradeBrief does not store your payment card information.
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may vary by region.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly share the content of any TradeBrief report without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy TradeBrief's data or algorithms.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software constituting TradeBrief are the exclusive property of TradeBrief and its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted for subscribers only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeBrief and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including any trading losses.

9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by email where possible.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradeBrief operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
